“We are facing a rather ambitious challenge that we take as a great opportunity to change and reflect in order to deploy our skills in order to have an enterprise consciousness that allows us to be responsible, strong and enthusiastic about the tomorrow we are creating together.”

The commitment of the Group companies

Each Group company is a unique entity that excels in its own sector, but shares a common commitment to sustainability. Each company is committed both to a sustainability path across ESG spheres and to a specific, tailored path for its own reality.

Diversity and inclusion are core values of our company and guiding principles that shape our organizational culture. Although women represent 60% of our workforce, we are aware that achieving gender equality requires concrete and ongoing commitment.

For this reason, we have embarked on a structured path to promote gender equality. Our approach focuses on six key areas:

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Career management
  • Pay equity
  • Parenthood and caregiving
  • Work-life balance
  • Prevention of abuse and harassment

Our route

HModa is committed to pursuing the principles of sustainable development, social responsibility, and transparency. Our approach to sustainability began with the awareness of the need for a cultural transformation capable of providing the Group’s Companies with the necessary tools to improve the well-being of their People and reduce their environmental impact, while at the same time ensuring prosperous business growth.

2023

Launch of a compliance project aimed at obtaining environmental, social, and chemical certifications for the Group’s companies.

2024

Alignment of the Group’s sustainability objectives with the European Taxonomy and the new CSRD; launch of initiatives to enhance traceability across the value chain and implementation of projects aimed at improving energy efficiency.

2025

Implementation of optimized circular economy strategies across the Group’s companies and launch of projects aimed at offsetting unavoidable emissions.

2026

Inclusion in ConsumerLab’s Campus Future Respect 2026 program, in recognition of the quality and transparency of the Group’s sustainability communication, and recognition among the 2026 Sustainability Leaders by Il Sole 24 Ore and Statista, confirming the Group’s commitment to integrating ESG principles into industrial processes and governance models.
