Accademia HModa was founded in 2020 with the aim of accompanying the new generations on a professionalising training pathway, through the transmission of the know-how acquired by the people of HModa companies over years of experience in the haute couture clothing production sector.

WHO IS IT FOR?
- Anyone interested in embarking on a professional integration path within one of the Group’s companies and not holding other jobs or studies at the time of application.
START OF THE PROGRAM
- The program will be activated during the year by the Group’s companies.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Interview with the manager of the referring company.
COURSE STRUCTURE
Total duration of the program: 5 months, including:
- 250 hours of classroom lessons
- 3 months of regular work
COMPENSATION
- The compensation months are recognized economically in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) related to the performed role.
CONCLUSION OF THE PROGRAM
- At the end of the program, the company and the new hire can decide whether to continue the professional relationship.
Accademia HModa training network
Accademia HModa, with its own network of courses, offers specialised vocational training in the Marche, Veneto and Tuscany regions, designed to meet the needs of the market and make the job placement easier.

Accademia HModa | Calzatura is a new section of Accademia HModa dedicated to advanced training in the footwear sector, proposed in collaboration with Valmor (a footwear manufacturer in the Marche region of the HModa Group), and sponsored by the Marche Region.
Accademia HModa | Calzatura offers intensive and extensive training courses from beginner to advanced level, aimed at motivated young people and people of all ages who have a particular sensitivity towards high-level craftsmanship.
Accademia HModa | Abbigliamento offers professional training that combines the educational expertise of Accademia HModa with the manufacturing excellence of the many HModa Group companies located throughout Italy.
The courses are designed to train professionals in the production of luxury garments for leading fashion brands. Industry experts share their know-how, guiding participants through a learning journey that seamlessly combines theory and hands-on practice.

CRAFT-MI is a training project for future pattern and prototype makers specialised in the fashion and luxury sector.
Characterised by laboratory teaching with a ‘learning by doing’ approach, the project is promoted by MITA Academy, Accademia HModa, PIN and Beste.
A synergy that aims to instil in students the culture of Made in Italy, with the dual objective of preserving the superiority of Italian manufacturing in the fashion sector and responding productively to the needs of international luxury brands.
Orientation
CRAFT-MI is a training programme designed for future pattern makers and prototype developers specialising in the fashion and luxury industry.
Built around a hands-on, learning by doing approach, the programme is promoted by MITA Academy, Accademia HModa, PIN, and Beste.
This collaboration aims to instil the culture of Made in Italy in the next generation of professionals, with the dual objective of preserving the excellence of Italian manufacturing in the fashion sector and meeting the production needs of leading international luxury brands.
Storie di Futuro project, born from the collaboration of HModa, Accademia HModa and La Fabbrica, aims to orientate secondary school students towards studying at fashion-oriented high schools, helping them discover the world of Made in Italy fashion and its opportunities.
