Founded in 1989 by Giovanni De Simone, Dema initially focused on producing loafers before expanding into all major types of footwear and the related manufacturing processes.

Established in 2021 through the merger of a factory specialising in upper production and Dema’s footwear manufacturing operations, Alinea is now a leading name in the assembly of sneakers and casual footwear.

Valmor was established in the 1960s as a slipper manufacturer. It later specialised in producing footwear under its own brand before undertaking a major industrial transformation, shifting its core business to the production and distribution of sneakers for third-party brands.

In 2021, Valmor joined HModa Group and, with the Group’s support, acquired Mirial in 2025. Mirial is renowned for its slippers made using the “Fondo America” construction technique and for its refined luxury loafers.
