The Hive

The HIVE is the symbol of HModa. It is the synthesis of the values in which we believe and which make us strong.

The Hive is a community of bees, a virtuous model of cooperation and connection unparalleled in nature, where each element plays a specific role, contributing to the harmonious functioning of the entire community.

Each hive is composed of cells that together make up an organised, solid and functional structure in which bees work collectively for the common good.

Each bee plays a specific role in the overall organisation of the hive and, at the same time, depends on the others for the colony’s survival: this generates a vital interconnection between the bees, which makes the individual important in relation to the others.

Like the beehive, HModa’s structure is strong and solid, as are its relationships with customers, stakeholders and the People who are part of it.

Like bees, in HModa we act together according to values of efficiency, sustainability and collaboration towards the achievement of common goals.

At HModa we believe that the individual can make a difference and that the Group achieves more if it acts in synergy, supporting each other.

Adopt a Beehive

HModa and its companies have chosen to support Beeing in its “Bee the Change” project by adopting beehives run by selected beekeepers committed to protecting the ecosystem and the health of bees.

In the Autumn of 2024, HModa joined the “Bee the Change” project in partnership with Beeing, a Faenza-based start-up that has been supporting a network of beekeepers throughout Italy for years.

Thanks to this partnership, HModa has adopted 13 hives located in different regions of the country, actively contributing to the preservation of bees and the protection of biodiversity.

The adoption of these hives reaffirms HModa’s commitment to a sustainable future, and the values that underpin its work: collaboration, efficiency and determination to achieve shared goals.

HIVE Magazine

The HIVE magazine is a means of connecting: the story of HModa’s achievements, projects and People to inspire connection, collaboration and growth.

The HIVE magazine is a bridge that unites the 1,800 people who are part of HModa Group: it tells the story of the Group’s journey, celebrating its achievements, innovative projects and goals that mark the path towards the future.

Its purpose is to create a connection between HModa and its companies, going beyond geographical distance, creating unity and cohesion. Through its pages, the HIVE magazine brings out the shared vision of the Group, showing how the contribution of each individual is fundamental to collective success.

In each edition, stories, achievements and ideas that have given value to the past year are collected. The richness of the projects realised is recounted, but also the human face behind each initiative. HModa’s People are not just employees: they are the driving force behind ideas, transforming objectives into results and carrying forward the Group’s core values.

Distributed to all employees, the magazine becomes a tangible symbol of the sense of belonging to the Group, reminding them that everyone is part of something bigger. Every project, every idea and every achievement reported in HIVE is the result of collective work, proving that true success is born from the collaboration and synergy between different people who are united by common goals.

Hive Festival is aggregation, unity, but it is also education, sharing, environment, social engagement, sport, music and fun.

HIVE Days

Creating a deeper bond between HModa and the people of the Group’s companies, strengthening common values and identity and fostering a climate of mutual trust and cooperation.

The Hive Days represent an important initiative designed to strengthen the bond between the Group’s leadership and all the people who are part of the HModa companies. The Group’s Chairman, Dr. Claudio Rovere, visits each of the HModa companies, sharing a moment of reflection and discussion with all employees.

These plenary meetings are an opportunity for the Chairman to illustrate the Group’s founding values, the principles that guide our choices and the strategic objectives achieved and to be achieved in the future. Clearly emphasising the importance of each person’s contribution, Dr. Rovere reiterates how central each person is to our collective success and the achievement of ambitious goals.

The Hive Days are therefore confirmed as a crucial moment to motivate, inspire and foster an atmosphere of trust and collaboration between the Companies and the HModa Group, creating a sense of belonging that strengthens the common path towards a future of growth and innovation.

co-LAB HModa

co-LAB is the story of the HModa Group companies and the strength of their collaboration.
Research, innovation, growth, and collaboration are the soul of the co-LAB project and the core of the HModa Group.

co-LAB 16 | Paris

From March 26 to 28, 2024, HModa presented co-LAB 16, the first edition of the project born from the synergistic union of the sixteen companies of the HModa Group, at the HModa Showroom & Lab in Paris.

The Project

In the first edition of co-LAB, the Group is made up of 16 companies—excellences of Made in Italy—similar in values and growth vision, yet distinguished by different product specializations that make them unique and complementary.
This synergistic union leads to the development of innovative solutions, the result of continuous research into materials and manufacturing processes.
co-LAB 16 represents the synthesis and extension of this union, gathering the strength of each individual company and multiplying it within the Group, giving life to unique creations.
The specializations of the Group’s companies come together in this creative collaboration to produce a selection of garments—an interweaving of hands and experiences—that becomes the spark for new inspirations and projects.

The garments of the co-LAB 16 project are born from the meeting of the specializations of HModa’s companies and from the intertwining of their specific expertise, enriched over time. Each piece embodies the collaboration between several companies of the Group, creating value both in the product itself and among the participants in the project.

co-LAB 18 | Paris

The second edition of co-LAB took place from October 15 to 17, 2024, at HModa Showroom & Lab in Paris.

Showroom&Lab

Holding Moda sceglie il cuore di Parigi per il suo showroom&lab; situato nel Marais, l’effervescente quartiere del 4° arrondissement, lo spazio nasce dalla volontà di essere vicini ai clienti internazionali e di diffondere il know how e i valori delle aziende di Holding Moda attraverso incontri, eventi speciali e corsi di formazione in un ambiente conviviale circondato da cultura e artigianato.

L’obiettivo

Lo showroom&lab di Parigi presenta e mette a disposizione di clienti e studenti del mondo della moda una selezione costantemente aggiornata di lavorazioni e prodotti rappresentativi delle aziende del Gruppo Holding Moda, realizzati con i materiali e le tecniche più avanzate.
Lo showroom è formato da una selezione dei prodotti d’archivio: un modo accattivante e all’avanguardia per immergersi a 360° nel know-how delle aziende tramite installazioni presenti in ogni sede del Gruppo.

L’atmosfera creativa e dinamica dello showroom&lab accoglie studenti di istituti italiani e francesi in un campus permanente che permette di sviluppare progetti concreti e arricchire la proposta creativa attraverso la realizzazione di prodotti innovativi e sostenibili, nonché di servizi utili a migliorare l’industria della moda.

Lo showroom, quindi, è per Holding Moda sia un luogo di incontro con clienti e stakeholder del Gruppo, che un luogo dedicato ad eventi, cultura e creatività; uno spazio aperto alla formazione e alla crescita di giovani che si stanno specializzando nel settore della moda o di nuovi professionisti ormai indispensabili nel settore, come i manager del marketing e della sostenibilità.

Lo Showroom&Lab è anche uno spazio dedicato a eventi culturali, di incontro e riflessione sui grandi temi e le sfide che investono il settore della moda: innovazione, sostenibilità, savoir-faire artigianali, creatività. 

Institute Français de la Mode

Holding Moda collabora con enti ed istituti in Italia e all’estero: a Parigi è l’Institute Français de la Mode il partner prestigioso della Holding.

Le aziende del Gruppo collaborano con IFM dando la possibilità agli studenti di prendere parte a diversi progetti. Tra questi, la possibilità di realizzare con le aziende di Holding Moda i capi disegnati nel corso dell’anno, protagonisti poi della sfilata di apertura della fashion week parigina; e la partecipazione a progetti di più ampio respiro nella Holding che coinvolgono tematiche chiave del settore, quali innovazione, sostenibilità, attrattività del settore e comunicazione.

Gli studenti dei vari programmi in fashion business e fashion design sono coinvolti in masterclass e workshop nei quali approfondiscono, da un lato, tematiche legate alle dinamiche profonde della supply chain e, dall’altro, il processo che conduce dall’idea alla realizzazione del prodotto finito, tessendo con le aziende del Gruppo una relazione diretta, altamente formativa, basata sull’incontro tra creatività e artigianalità. 

Paris experience

Un’esperienza immersiva nel cuore di Parigi.
In collaborazione con l’Institut Français de la Mode, 15 persone del Gruppo hanno l’opportunità di partecipare a una settimana di formazione e di esperienza con l’obiettivo di approfondire il contesto e le strategie del Sistema Moda Parigino.

La Paris Experience è anche un’esperienza di condivisione e scambio tra le diverse funzioni delle aziende, che si trovano coinvolte in attività di gruppo volte alla realizzazione di un task strategico attraverso lo scambio di informazioni ed esperienze con colleghi, docenti ed esperti.

Le Persone della Holding hanno la possibilità di vivere un’esperienza immersiva a Parigi, capitale mondiale del lusso, visitare luoghi iconici ed esclusivi, ma anche strategici per il settore della moda.
