The Future In Hand

A handwoven story, where training and empowerment become tools of rebirth.

The project, called The Future in Hand, was born from the shared vision of creating real opportunities, promoting vocational training and fostering economic and social independence in peripheral areas. It generates a positive impact not only on the course participants, but also on their families and the local community.

Through tailoring training, fully equipped spaces and a know-how approach, we give life to a tangible path of redemption and entrepreneurship. A challenge in which every stitch imprinted on the fabric becomes a gesture of dignity, every seam tells the story of a new possibility.

We believe in the power of inclusion, in the strength of tangible change and in building a human and supportive network. In this “Home,” threads become bridges between cultures, genres and territories, generating not only skills but a pathway to the future.

Caritas Children, founded in 2004, protects the rights of children and young people in vulnerable situations. Now present in 20 countries, it supports around 5,000 children through long-distance support projects and many others through international cooperation initiatives involving families and communities. It promotes education, healthcare and nutrition, encouraging growth and independence. Working with Caritas Children means sharing a journey of justice and real change.

GRAM, founded in Goma in 1995, supports vulnerable and chronically ill people, together with their families. Its mission is to promote support, education and autonomy, while respecting human dignity. Rooted in values of compassion, solidarity and transparency, GRAM strengthens the resilience of communities affected by disease, crisis and poverty. Collaborating with GRAM means investing in solidarity and turning hope into reality.
