T-SHIRT WITH 0.3 CM MIGNON

The “T-Shirt with 0.3 cm Mignon” is a project developed by UNO MAGLIA, representing an integration of technical expertise and aesthetic research, where tailoring precision meets the refinement of leather detailing.

The garment is made of elasticized Lycra jersey, a soft, flexible, and comfortable material that ensures an impeccable fit while enhancing the structure of the model.

After patterning and cutting, the pieces are sent to PUNTOART, where the 0.3 cm leather mignon supplied by ALEX&Co. is applied using Cornely embroidery. The leather tapes are placed horizontally across the garment, creating a regular, linear, tone-on-tone striping effect that gives the T-shirt a technical and contemporary appearance.

The assembly process, managed by UNO MAGLIA, requires extreme precision: each leather tape must align perfectly along the seams to maintain visual continuity and clean lines.

The result is a T-shirt of essential yet sophisticated character, where leather and jersey interact harmoniously, expressing the balance between technicality, comfort, and artisanal value that distinguishes the entire group’s supply chain.
