BOMBER JACKET WITH LEGO-EFFECT SLEEVES

The “Bomber Jacket with Lego-Effect Sleeves” explores the fusion of textile research and material experimentation, combining a structured fabric base with three-dimensional leather sleeves.

The body of the jacket is made from an exclusive double duchess fabric of organic silk and ITACO cotton, developed by BESTE Textile Division, whose combination provides volume, roundness, and structure.

The ITACO cotton, produced by BESTE through a fully vertically integrated short supply chain, comes from direct cultivation in Puglia and is monitored at every stage — from cultivation to spinning and weaving — ensuring quality control, traceability, and sustainability.

The sleeves are the distinctive element: three-dimensional panels made with the “Lego” technique, using calf leather elements selected by GAB, paired in two colors and die-cut by FUSTELLIFICIO TOSCANO. These components are then hand-assembled by RILIEVI, interlocking them without stitching to create a dynamic, sculptural surface with strong visual impact.

Finally, the leather ribbing is crafted by ALEX&Co., using techniques that ensure lightness, flexibility, and aesthetic continuity with the garment.

The result is a cropped bomber jacket of high technical and artisanal refinement, combining structuralrigor, material experimentation, and visual harmony.
