LEGO-EFFECT TWO-HANDLE SHOPPER

The “Lego-Effect Two-Handle Shopper” expresses the material and structural research that defines the collaboration among the group’s companies, combining functionality, craftsmanship, and contemporary design.

The body of the bag is made from abrasivated calf leather, selected and processed by GAB to achieve a compact, uniform, and luminous surface that ensures durability and tactile refinement.

The lower section of the bag is the core of experimentation: here, the “Lego” modular technique  is applied to leather goods. Geometric leather elements, die-cut by FUSTELLIFICIO TOSCANO from GAB nappa leathers, are hand-assembled by RILIEVI using an interlocking, stitch-free system, creating a dynamic, three-dimensional surface.

The resulting woven module is then integrated into the bag’s body during the final assembly carried out by GAB, ensuring aesthetic continuity and material coherence between the smooth leather elements and the Lego-structured sections.

The result is a sculptural, sophisticated accessory that blends technical mastery, innovation, and artisanal precision, reinterpreting leather craftsmanship tradition through a distinctive and contemporary formal language.
